The Afghan Whigs of Greg Dulli, John Curley & Rick McCollum since 1986 have released 6 albums until 2001, when it disbanded. "Gentlemen" is the 1993 album that stands out in my opinion.
From 2001 until last December, the band actually did not exist (except for a small parenthesis in 2006). On December 7, at a press conference of All Tomorrow's Parties, the Afghan Whigs announced they are reunited and made several appearances in London and this year's San Miguel Primavera Sound Festival.
Two days before playing at the Parc del forum of Primavera they will be in Vox, in Iera Odos! Of course, it's not the first time we'll see them in Greece. In 1999 they were on the same day as Prodigy in Rockwave Festival, held in Agios Kosmas and played along with the Bloodhound Gang, Queens of the Stonage, Earthbound and Sigmatropic. What a day!

Tickets are on sale already, with the first 100 at 25 euros only on www.ticketarena.gr .
From Monday, March 26, tickets will cost 29 Euros and will be sold in Tickethouse, the Public and www.ticketarena.gr.
On the day of the concert will be sold only from the box office of the venue for 33 Euros.
