Half Note regretfully announces that the planned appearances by Candye Kane in Half Note from 04/04 to 08/04 are canceled. Complications to the already burdened health of Candye will not allow her to travel to Athens for the concerts. Half Note hopes that Candye will come out victorious from this battle.

"Regrets to announce that due to a horrible bronchial infection on top of my already debilitating pancreatic cancer symptoms, i am forced to cancel my appearance at the Half Note in Athens and go home early . I am so sorry. I am no quitter but my body is exhausted. I can't sing and I need to get ready for the second biggest fight of my life when i undergo whipple revision surgery on april 27th. Thank you all for your kind understanding and your support. This was a really tough decision but it was the right one. I know I will be back in Athens again one day but for now, i must listen to my body. Thank you for the love. "
