'London Calling', the classic album by Clash will be relaunched on 14 December on the occasion of the 30 years since the first release.

Subtitled '30th Anniversary Legacy Edition', this is the second time 'London Calling' is re-released, since, five years ago, we had the special edition for its 25th anniversary. Details on what more will it contain for the 30 years than the previous version is not yet known beyond that it will include CD and DVD.

We remind you that the singer of the Clash Joe Strummer died 22/12/2002  50 years old.

Meanwhile, two former members of the Clash, Mick Jones and Topper Headon, reentered the studio together after 27 years to record their song 'Jail Guitar Doors', to strengthen the charity organization with the same name created by Billy Bragg to provide musical instruments to former prisoners for better reintegration. The recording of the song involved the Bragg and four former prison inmates.
