Commenting on the nomination of their album (What's the Story) Morning Glory in the Category for BRITs Album Of Thirty Years, Liam Gallagher said it would be a sweet end for the band that would satisfy both the public and themselves. It appears that he wants it so much, that he even described how he'll celebrate. He said then that he would not stay backstage, as he did for other awards, but will come on stage to enjoy victory.

The 14 times platinum (What's the story) Morning Glory, will duel with names such as Coldplay's A Rush of Blood to the Head, Dire Straits'  Brothers in Arms,  Keane's  Hopes & Fears, Dido's No Angel, Duffy's Rockferry, Phil Collins' No Jacket Required, Sade's Diamond Life and Verve's Urban Hymns.
