Listen to One Life Stand by Hot Chip

The new album by Hot Chip "One Life Stand" was released digitally on February 1st and physical format only yesterday. And if you visit their MySpace page you will be able to listen to the whole album! This is an album with 10 songs well tied in logical order. The electronic element that characterizes all the works by Hot Chip remains sovereign and without renouncing their identity, they come a little closer to a wider audience. I would say that overall it is a more mainstream album than "Made in the dark" in 2008 and some tracks will be heard on the radio. Of course, you can not say that "One Life Stand" contains a single - sure hit. But in it you will find 4 tracks quite good: "Hand me down your love", "One Life Stand", "Thieves in the night" , "Brothers" and the best song for me "Alley Cats". The cover of the album was edited by Darren Wall (Wallzo), who was in charge for the covers of "The Warning "&" Made in the dark ". Definitely special, all three covers.
