Music For all!

and ... Art for All, so as not to forget the inseparable relation between music and art in its best version in each edition of Reworks!
Like every year, this year the Reworks has a central message, which constitutes the basis for the musical and visual design of the festival. The message - motto of Reworks for this year is that "Music is for everyone" and we can now say with certainty that Reworks is a festival for... ALL! Regardless of age, sex, social status, color. After all we are all equal before music and art and everyone should have a right to them. Based on this signal, the festival will present a series of portraits of people of every feature in the city along with the general art.

Art ... for all!

Reworks2010 Regarding the art part, Reworks will present for the first time in Greece, an exhibition on the history of electronic music and the dance scene in Greece in general! A wealth of material from the early 90s today, with posters, flyers, photographs, video projections, etc. to be available to the public, that wants to learn, know or even reminisce on great musical moments.
And all this from a festival, that is an important part of dance music - history in Greece. Each of the previous versions of Reworks, was a benchmark in contemporary entertainment, a big event - an institution for the country.

And for argument's sake ... The valid British-German music guide RA ranked it at the 7th best place for festivals in the world for September 2010 (6th place in 2009 and 8th in 2008). Also was voted the third best event in the Balkans in SEEME Awards.
