Two of a Kind
An unexpected (maybe) but not an unnatural - or unusual - cooperation. Essentially, Lolek and Matt Elliott speak the same language - literally and figuratively.
The "Third Eye Foundation" from Bristol (these are historic - and only - items) "matches" almost perfectly in a dark folk (aesthetic only) environment with Lolek, a singer / songwriter / musician who was pleasantly surprised and distinguished himself with the album, "Alone", having the ability to Walsh more than satisfactory with his sensitivities. These all become music and communicate in a very direct way.
Thus, the music and the songmaking of Matt Elliott, with the (earlier) experiences of Linda's Strange Vacation, Movietone, Flying Saucer Attack, Third Eye Foundation (of course) has matured over time and began to give a variety of "Songs" in this decade - especially in the most recent period. With fewer (perhaps) experiences but equally poetic music Lolek , continues to write and make.
The new songs will be heard on stage, along with Matt Elliott, whom he met at the Synch Festival this year and decided to come together for the first time on stage at the Half Note ...
