On the 29 of October 2011 in Athens - Greece you will experience a powerful rock festival with great live music and super mood! Everyone who loves rock and wants to be aware of everything new, shouldnʼt miss it!
You wonder what is all about?
Eurock Marathon encounters newcomer rock bands from all over Europe in a music competition for talented young professionals. The vote of the public and the committee will nominate three winners. As a highlight, famous Guest Stars will perform their own concerts right after the contest.
252 bands in total participated at the 1st Eurock Marathon, 58 passed the preliminary stage and 8 will perform live at the final contest.
Eight bands will travel to Athens in October to compete live before the audience and committee and claim one of the prizes and of course great publicity through the European media.
