The truth is I started writing this article in anger...that is why I might be unfair to -the well known for his spicy statements- Liam, former member of the Oasis and at present member of the Beady Eye. The latter spoke of the Radiohead and blamed them for something no one has ever thought of saying, for copying.

That is the Radiohead according to Liam, have copied the Beatles and that is why Creep became a success and partly that is why Karma Police became a success as well. It is, though, strange that he chooses to refer to their early steps where their influences could not be  hidden. The six albums that followed and the fact that they keep changing- till disclosing the alternative electronic music they lately play- are obviously of no concern to Liam.

Maybe in his place, it would be useful to think about the new elements he introduced in the album Different gear, still speeding where his brother's contribution in synthesis was not present. BTW Noel has crap music taste, according to  Liam that is.

To summer it up, if any has taken stuff from the Beatles, it is most likely they would be the Oasis and the Beady Eye than Radiohead. (From Gigwise)
