The first international single of the Athenians from the upcoming "Collapse into Now" will be Überlin. This is the fifth song that REM release to the public. On a more leisurely pace, and Überlin is on a very good level, like "It Happened Today"(with Eddie Vedder),"Oh my Heart", "Mine Smell like Honey","Discoverer". I think there are really high expectations from this album and marketing-wise REM has handled it in a very clever way, giving us at even times work to write about.
For Überlin , the Athenians released the official video ( see here ), which is an imaginary map of a subway station and all are phrases from the lyrics of the song. Smart, eh?
