Following the statement by the guitarist of Queen, Brian May, that he would like Lady Gaga on vocals for the band, now unveils plans for a new album with the voice of Freddie Mercury.
Queen then prepare a new album, looking at their old recorded material from the time when Mercury was still alive. May, with drummer Roger Taylor, sort through unknown songs by Queen, which had not been included in their discography. Maybe these songs are collectibles after the death of one of the biggest rock stars, but I wonder, why make an album with songs that they did not consider good enough to include then.
May, said:
'As well as seeing what we can unearth , we want to do a new musical to follow 'We Will Rock You'. The songs are there, it's just a question offinding time to get the right production.
