Superbowl Sunday is something like a national holiday in the U.S. now. If you're not in the stadium, you're in front of your TV and you're among the 40% of Americans that are doing the same with you. Advertising pays millions of dollars for a few seconds of advertisments and famous artists are called to entertain the audience in halftime.

This year the 13 minutes of the halftime was Madonna's, that once again proved, that she deservedly retains the title of Queen of Pop.
So Madonna managed to fit in 13 minutes classic and new songs, choruses, dance, costumes, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, MIA, Cee Lo Green. The stunning backdrop of the stage made of monitors definitely helped (credit to Moment Facory ) as did the visual effects. We did not expect anything less than a blockbuster show and that's what we saw.

She appeared on stage seated on the throne with the known Vogue adapted and dancers dressed as gladiators, Hermes and other exotics. Later, the scene turned into a great sound system and from the speakers came Music. LMFAO, dressed as befits the occasion, appeared next to he and mixed Music with their own Party Rock Anthem. Together they danced I'm sexy and I know it, also by LMFAO.

As sexy cheerleaders Nicki Minaj and MIA sang along with Madonna, the new song Give Me All Your Luvin'. Next on stage was Cee Lo Green, and Open Your Heart and Express Yourself. Cee Lo Green made the transition to the gospel version of Like A Prayer with a
choir with dozens on stage. In the end, Madonna disappeared in a cloud of smoke and the slogan "World Peace" appeared in the digital arena.

For the record, the New York Giants won the New England Patriots 21-17.
