After the good news of the reunification of Pulp and the first show with all of them again in their original composition in Primavera Sound Festival 2011 (26 - 28 May 2011), the Festival they keep adding many notable names in their program.

John Cale (formerly of Velvet Underground) will appear with his band, just like Animal Collective with the best album for 2009 (according to many magazines and sites) "Merriweather Post Pavilion". Moreover, the National who are on the top with the "High Violet" and will be in Primavera, the  Fleet Foxes, from who we expect to present their new album at the Festival.

Along with these,  two great bands from Glasgow: the Belle & Sebastian and Mogwai, but also the amazing Flaming Lips and the melodic Mercury Rev.

These are true names, ladies and gentlemen.

- And Pulp who have in their luggage a number of famous songs by the wide public.
- And fresh Animal Collective, Fleet Foxes, The National
- And big bands who might not have the well-known singles, but released very strong albums, namely the Flaming Lips, Belle & Sebastian, Mogwai.
- And the glorious past of the value of John Cale.


Tickets cost 145 € (+ booking fee ) for all days of the Primavera Sound 2011.


If you book your tickets now, the cost of return flights (Athens - Barcelona) ranges from 142 - 160 Euros. If one considers that in order to go from Athens to Thessaloniki one can pay 170 Euros you can understand how inexpensive this package is.
